The AVP - Business Development acts as the first point of contact for potential clients with the business and informs potential clients about MPC's services. We are looking for those who have innovative ideas, entrepreneurial qualities, and enjoy tackling new challenges. To excel in this role, you should have a compelling sales personality and have a track record of building a sustainable client base.
Responsibilities will include:

Research companies and founders to identify new business opportunities

Identify key decision makers within prospective clients and strategically connect with them to promote our services

Contact potential clients to arrange meetings/pitches

Develop and manage a sales pipeline

Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

Use knowledge of the market and competitors to amplify and position key differentiators to drive positive sales outcomes.
Role requirements:

Masters' degree/ MBA in business, marketing, or related field from a reputed University/College
-
3-5 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business development
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Excellent organizational skills
-
Client-oriented attitude with professionalism.

A self-starter with ability to flourish with minimal guidance and handle uncertainty.

Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

We are looking for an analyst to expand our firm’s reach under the supervision of managers/ partners. To excel in this role, you should be an active listener, and have the hunger to generate new business leads.
Responsibilities will include:

Assist with drafting pitches, presentations, and other documents as required
